About Cost Accounts
Cost Accounts help you keep track of where you’re spending your money on postage by allowing you to assign a cost category to some or all of your shipping labels or postage refills (for example, Finance Department, Customer Communication, Package Fulfillment, etc.).
- You can create an unlimited number of accounts.
- An assigned account is part of the Shipping Report in your transaction history feature.
- Cost Accounts for the Shipping application are separate from the Cost Accounts you set up in the Mailing application.
- The Cost Accounts feature must be initially enabled by your administrator.
