"Starting Activity" message
Issue
The device displays the message "Error: Starting Activity" when launching the Create Shipping Labels app.
Cause
You are attempting to sign into the Create Shipping Labels app using the user profile icon in the top right corner of the toolbar.
Solution 1
Tap Create Shipping Labels on the Home screen to begin the sign in process.
Solution 2
If you still see the message "Error: Starting Activity", reboot your device:
- Unplug the power cord. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
