Previewing Jobs

The Jobs screen lists all the jobs stored on your system.

1. Select the Open a job tab from within the Run Mail screen, or select the Jobs button on the Home screen.
2. The Jobs screen appears with a list of jobs available on your system.
   • If necessary, you can sort the jobs by name, type or creator. Select the appropriate column heading to change the sort order.
   • Use the up and down arrow buttons to scroll through the list.

3. Select the job you want to preview.

   Job settings view - Select this icon to view all of the settings for the selected job (for example, class, weighing type...), as well as an envelope preview.

   List view - Select this icon to view the complete list of jobs on your system. List view is the default view setting on your system. Select the list view icon to return to the job list view.

   NOTE: The icon indicates that the job is missing some required elements.

4. Select the back arrow button to return to the Home screen, or select OK to open the currently selected job in the Run Mail screen.
