How Markers are Added/Deleted

The diagram below shows the default order in which Envelope Messaging elements (Graphic Ads, Text Messages, Return Addresses) are deleted from the Envelope Messaging area of the envelope, if the envelope size changes during a WOW mail run and an element(s) will not fit. The elements are restored in the reverse order.

You can specify which Envelope Messaging elements you do not want deleted. The default 'drop order' will remain the same but the element you select will be skipped during the delete. Refer to Changing the Envelope Messaging Delete Order.

Notes on delete order:

• When a right justified element is deleted, the other right justified elements shift to the right. The distance of the shift is equal to the size of the element plus its margin.
• When a left justified element is deleted, the other left justified elements do not shift or change position.
