Prerequisites for Using MyGraphics™ Designer

In order to use MyGraphics™ Designer:

1. You must have a Connect+ series mailing system.
2. The PC on which you are running MyGraphics™ Designer, and your mailing system must be connected to the internet.
3. You need the system PCN number (for example, MSF1) and the 7-digit serial number when using MyGraphics™ Designer. These 2 numbers are located on the Product Identifier Label.
4. You must have an account on your Pitney Bowes country website. If you need to setup an account:
   1. Go to your country website and select the My Account link at the top of the page.
   2. Select the Register Now button and enter the information requested.
5. The image (monochrome or colour) file used must be in one these formats:
   BMP, JPG, GIF, or PNG. Each file can be up to 12Mbytes. GIF and PNG files that contain transparency objects/characters are not supported in MyGraphics™ Designer. These objects/characters may display in an unpredictable manner, for example, the transparency object/character may appear as black.
