Deleting a User

Follow the steps below to delete a user.

NOTE: Supervisor access rights are required to delete a user.

  1. Select the Settings button on the Home screen.
  2. The Settings screen displays. Select System from the list on the left side of the screen.
  3. Select Users.
  4. Ensure you are on the User Setup Tab. Select the user you want to delete. If necessary, use the up and down arrow buttons to navigate through the list.
  5. Select Delete.

    NOTE: If you are deleting the only user on your system, a warning message will appear indicating that user logins will be turned off and all system security will be disabled.  

  6. Select Yes, delete user.
  7. Select Continue to return to the Home screen.
