The screen is black and the power lights are not lit.
The device is not receiving any power.
Check that the power cord is securely plugged into the back or the back, left side of your device and a working electrical outlet.
You can also try removing the power cord then plug it into another working wall outlet.
There is a power button located on the lower left side of the feed deck. A blue light should illuminate when the switch is in the on position. . If the blue light is off, press and release the button to turn the system on.
On newer models, a power switch is also fitted at the back of your device. A green light should illuminate when the switch is in the on position. If the green light does not illuminate, please contact service personnel for support.
