Clearing the mailpiece path on your
Connect+ 3000, SendPro P3000

This procedure describes the correct method for clearing a stoppage or envelope jam on your Connect+ 3000, SendPro P3000 system.

1. Lift the (a) feeder W-O-W transport cover and the (b) printer cover.

   

2. Pull up and to the left on the top release lever.

   

3. Lift up on the (a) W-O-W transport release lever and the (b) printer transport release lever.

   

4. Remove any mailpieces from the W-O-W transport and printer transport area.

5. Lift up the lower release lever and remove the mailpiece.

   

6. Push all release levers down and make sure they snap into place.

   

7. Close all covers and resume printing.
