Delete an Account

You can delete an account when necessary (for example, at the end of a fiscal year).

IMPORTANT:

Make sure you really want to delete an account. Once you do, the account information is gone. We suggest you print an accounting report first before deleting, see Printing a Multi-Account Summary Report.

  1. From the Home screen select Mail.
  2. Select Select an Account.
  3. Select Delete an account. If a Supervisor password has been enabled, you are prompted to enter it. Enter the 4-digit Supervisor password if necessary.
  4. When the Delete an Account screen displays select an account from the list displayed, or enter the account number and select the Return key.
  5. At the confirm delete prompt, select Yes to delete the account, or No if you change your mind. The account is deleted and you are returned to the Accounts menu.
