Check Postage By Phone® Account Balance
Postage By Phone funds are the funds that you have available for download in your account on the Data Center. The Postage By Phone balance does not include funds already in your meter.
The following method describes how to check the balance of funds available to you on the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
- Make sure that your machine can make the connection to the Data Center.
- From the Home screen select Mail.
- Select the Add Postage button from the list on the left.
- Select Check PbP balance.
- The machine connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Center.
- The Prepaid and Other balances display.
- You have the option to Refill Postage.
- Select Yes to refill your Postage By Phone account now.
- Select No if you do not want to refill your Postage By Phone account at this time. Selecting No will give you the option to perform a meter update if one was not recently performed. You can:
- Select Get Update Now.
- An update is performed.
- Select Continue to return to the Mail screen.
- Select Skip: Get Update Later to return to the Mail screen.
