Turn Off the Account Passwords Feature

Note:

You need to set up a Supervisor password, see Setting Up or Disabling the Supervisor Password before you can change Account passwords.

You can turn off the requirement for operators to enter passwords when choosing an account.

From the Home screen select Mail.
Select Select an Account.
Select Account Passwords.
Select Turn Passwords OFF.
You are prompted to enter the Supervisor password. Enter the 4-digit Supervisor password. You are returned to the Accounts menu.
