You can print a test sample to check the print quality of the postal indicia without spending any of your postage funds. If the sample has broken or missing lines, you may need to replace the ink cartridge or print head.
IMPORTANT: Always ensure that your prints are clear and complete. Poor prints may be rejected by your Postal Authority. If you notice missing lines in the print (see sample below), perform print head cleaning, as described below.
If the test sample has missing or incomplete lines, select Not OK - Clean print head. Once the cleaning operation completes, you will be prompted to print another test sample. If the pattern still has broken or missing lines, you may need to replace the ink cartridge or print head.
